I took a year off from competition in 2007 following the birth of my son Maxxim on may 4 2006 as I decided to spend more time with my family. After competing for 10 years straight as a pro bodybuilder I also felt that my body needed a break. I am just maintaining my shape right now until I decide which show I will enter in 2008. I feel that it is sad that the Master Olympia was not promoted in the last 3 years, I never got a chance to defend my title. Lets hope that it will come back soon.

I recently moved to Kuwait for a one year work contract as Recreation manager for the Palms Beach Hotel and Spa. I am running the Health Club, the Spa and the Dive center. I am also teaching for the PTA academy for the Middle East. We certify people in nutrition and personal training. The academy normally last 6 weeks with the practical and written exam at the end. There is a condense course that can be given over a 2 weeks period.
